Dj Steve Aries

Steve Aries s’est établi comme l’un des DJs les plus respecté des événements les plus prestigieux de la Métropole autant que dans les bars technos ou autres clubs sélects de la vie nocturne montréalaise. Il a terminé cinquième en 2009 pour le concours du meilleur DJ Canadien.

Combinant ce qui se fait de mieux dans les Amériques comme en Europe, Steve Aries s’est forgé une réputation internationale en enflammant les planchers de danse de la France, de Miami et du Pérou. Récemment, on a pu l’entendre au prometteur festival BPM de Playa del Carmen au Mexique et ce pour la deuxième année consécutive .

Steve Aries peut être entendu dans les hauts lieux de la scène montréalaise, incluant le Bal en Blanc, le Black&Blue, Divers/cité, participant ainsi à la réputation du nightlife de Montréal. On l’a entendu notamment au Playground, au Sky, au Saloon, au Newtown, au Stereo, au Unity 2, au Parking at sans oublier sa résidence hebdomadaire au réputé Red Lite. En 2008, il même fait la compilation annuelle du Red Lite "RED LITE SERIES 5".

Steve Aries aime particulièrement ajouter des prestations live à ses performances de DJ que ce soit avec des instrumentistes ou des chanteurs. Il aime jouer d’audace comme au grand événement de Divers/Cité avec une reprise house et chantée par Patsy Gallant de "La Foule", chanson phare d’Édith Piaf.

Ing : Absolut Citron, sparkling wine, lemon zest

Fill the martini glass with ice, adding a little water to chill the glass.

Pour 2 oz. of Absolut Citron into an ice-filled shaker. Shake it well and then pour the chilled vodka into the martini glass. Add 1.5 oz. of sparkling wine and then decorate with a lemon zest. The freshness and simplicity of this martini are sure to surprise you!
Horse Back Mojito

Ing : Absolut Citron, fresh mint, lime, simple syrup and sparkling wine

Take 6 fresh mint leaves and turn them into a small ball by rolling them in the hollow of the hand. Clap the hands hard twice, taking care not to crush the mint. With this technique, there’s no longer a need for a pestle to crush the mint and bring out the flavour, with the leaves remaining whole. Into an ice-filled shaker, put in the mint and then pour 2 oz. of Absolut Citron, 1 oz. of simple syrup and three squeezed lime quarters. Shake well for at least five seconds and pour the liquid and the ice into your glass. Extend it with the sparkling wine, and decorate it with a lime quarter.
RED CARPET

Ing : Absolut Pear, blackcurrant liqueur, white cranberry juice

Fill the martini glass with ice, adding a little water to chill the glass.

Into an ice-filled shaker, pour 2 oz. of Absolut Pear and 2 oz. of white cranberry juice. Shake well for at least five seconds and then pour the liquid into the martini glass. Ing : Absolut Pear, apple liqueur, blue Curaçao, red cranberry juice

Into an ice-filled shaker, pour 1 oz. of Absolut Pear, ½ oz. of Apfel Korn appel liqueur, and ½ oz, of blue Curaçao. Shake well for at least five seconds and then pour the liquid and ice into a highball glass. Extend with the red cranberry juice, and decorate with a lime quarter.

The opening hours of Le Saloon are flexible and may vary according to the number of customers and the season. Closing hours will be extended as required.

Monday: 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:30 a.m. to midnight
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight
(breakfast served until 3:00 p.m.)
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
(breakfast served until 3:00 p.m.)

The outdoor terrace will be accessible from May 26 until September 12
